The
Black Economic Initiative

It’s Time to Stop Asking and
Start Creating, While Seeing Ourselves as the Socioeconomic Curators of Our Community.

The Time is Far Overdue for Us to Rebuild Our Black Community.

The mission of the Black Economic Initiative is to unify Black leaders and influential community members, thereby facilitating a structured exchange of wisdom and knowledge throughout our community. Initially, I envisioned myself as the principal architect and primary driving force behind this initiative upon its inception in 2020. However, I’ve developed new relationships to build a team that embodies high efficacy and value, ensuring that our collective efforts are both impactful and sustainable.

Will convene monthly meetings designed to collaboratively identify and prioritize events and activities. These will encompass various formats—audio, webinars, and in-person sessions—tailored specifically to the needs of the Black community. Our objective is to catalyze a movement that promotes the establishment of generational wealth through multifaceted approaches, ultimately striving to normalize such endeavors within our community.

This initiative aims to provide a comprehensive experience that allows participants to explore diverse pathways to financial success, challenging the prevailing notion that wealth can only be attained through traditional routes such as athletics or the entertainment industry. We aspire to forge a robust philosophy surrounding wealth creation, preservation, and enhancement, one that is deeply rooted in our community’s needs and aspirations. This will further empower our youth to visualize and actualize their potential in a broader economic landscape.

The gentlemen pictured alongside me at the top are some of those who I admire in the wealth education and Black leadership space along with Dr. Claude Anderson down below. I look forward to replacing the individuals at the top with images of those of you that decide to partake in this journey with me.

Core Components of the Black Economic Initiative.

Inspired by Dr. Claud Anderson's "5-Story Building" approach to economic empowerment, BEI emphasizes the importance of establishing a strong economic foundation as the cornerstone for political influence, justice, media ownership, and tailored education. By building our own businesses and fostering economic self-reliance, we can gain the money, power, and respect necessary to influence elections, advocate for fair justice systems, control our narratives through media, and provide education that hones the specific talents and needs of our children. This holistic approach ensures that each layer supports and reinforces the others, creating a sustainable ecosystem for Black empowerment.

BEI is not just a program; it's a movement toward reclaiming our economic autonomy and securing a prosperous future for generations to come.
